We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice. All custom orders or installations may be subject to additional terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before dispatch of goods or completion of service, unless prior arrangements are made. We accept EFT, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timeframes may vary based on location and product availability. Fantasea Aquariums is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made items, livestock, and opened products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
6. Livestock Policy
We take great care to ensure all live fish and animals are healthy at the time of sale or delivery. We cannot guarantee their health after delivery due to varying environmental factors beyond our control. No refunds or exchanges are offered on livestock unless required by law.
7. Maintenance & Installation Services
All services will be carried out as per the agreed scope of work. It is the client’s responsibility to provide safe access to the site. Additional charges may apply if changes are requested after work has commenced.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fantasea Aquariums is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or damage to persons, property, or pets resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
