Refund & Returns Policy

At Fantasea Aquariums, we’re committed to providing quality products and great service. We follow the Australian Consumer Law guidelines as set out by the ACCC, which protect your rights as a customer.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about a product:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Change of mind lasts 30 days from purchase.
  • Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
  • You may request a store credit, but please note this is not guaranteed and is subject to approval.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Contact: info@fantaseaaquariums.com.au
  • Claims made after this time frame may not be accepted.

Faulty Products

If your item becomes faulty:

  • Contact us at info@fantaseaaquariums.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the fault.
  • Faulty products will be assessed according to the manufacturer’s warranty and Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping to us is your responsibility.


Replacement or repaired items will be shipped back to you at no cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. fish food, live plants)
  • Opened or used items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
